Legend Movie Review :

Boyapati Srinu’s Legend is a big-budgetary film set under political backdrop. Bala Krishna(Krishna), Radhika Apte, Sonal Chauahan and Jagapathi Babu (Jitender) are featured in lead roles. Brahmanandam (Manikyam) is essaying prominent role in this movie. DSP’s music made a mark in the social networking sites. Let’s check the content of the movie here.

Krishna is a guy who wants to be close to the family and doesn’t tolerate injustice falls for Sonal Chauhan. Krishna attends a marriage in Vizag with the help of Manikyam, unexpectedly goes against Jitendra a local goon. Sonal Chauhan is kidnapped by the goon who tries to end krishna’s family members. Jayadev supports Krishna’s family to escape from Jitendra. More details about the story are waiting in Multiplexes.

Balakrishna’s abilities are highlighted in this movie. His performance is highlighting other actor’s performance in this movie. Jagapathi babu is promising in his role with dialogue delivery.  Female leads in the movie are excellent within their limited roles. Brahmananandam comedy is not up to the mark. Other supporting characters in the movie are making their presence in the movie.

First half of the movie is solid with action sequences and narration is perfect. Second half of the movie is ok with dragged narration at times. The intentions of the characters in the movie are promising at every frame. The movie is highlighting the essence of earlier day’s movies. This flick is a feast to Balakrishna’s fans. Few dialogues are awesome in the family entertainer.

The script suits best to be a mass entertainer with essence of freshness and the start of the movie is good till the interval. The second part of the movie is dragged and lacks essence of script. Some scenes in the second half of the movie are bored in few scenes with lengthy dialogue delivery. Screenplay and direction can be worked out. Editing is done on fast pace and this drags the movie turn down. Thin story-line in the second half with dragged climax added to the downfall of the movie.

Cinematography of the movie is excellent and dialogues play a crucial role in the success of the movie. Art work and production values of the movie are granted. Music composition by DSP is excellent for the movie.

Final Say: Legend is worth watching for its peppy music and actor’s performance…..
